Spent over $1,000.00 on a new mattress from the Cochran Store. The mattress was delivered from the Eastman store with bed bugs.
Been a customer since 2013 spent $7000 between two different charges. Major issues with customer service. The corporate office is rude and unhelpful. Company's products are fragile and do not last. Everything I've purchased hasn't lasted. Purchased a mattress. The mattress pillow top puffed up and would sink in. In other words, the outter casing became detached and the padding sunk in. The mattress was less than a a year old. Called the store they understood and wanted to help. However, Babcock wouldn't replace a $1400 mattress with a factory defect if the matress had any kind of stain on it. I was lucky enough to not have stains but felt that was the dumbest rule. After all if your purchased something with a defect a stain should not make it un-replaceable.
Friendly staff, good selection and very reasonable prices. Will definitely shop here again in the future.
The sofa last two years had the furniture warranty to repair it. The recycner portion of the sofa had major issues wouldn't recline. The company sent someone to my home to examine the damages. Repairer stated he would send up a repair order or whatever and advised he would be back in a month. Never showed up! Eventually I purchased another sofa. Oh and the sofas stuffing gets flatten out over time. The sofas cushions no longer give the support needed to make it comfortable. When I called to inform Badcock of what happened the repersentibe was rude. They acted like the sofa needed repairs because I had broken it. I would call back and get another representative one told me the issue wasn't covered in the replacement plan. Another stated it was and the parts had been sent to my address. Worst company I've ever done business with. I WILL never purchase another item from them again.
