Define "Immediate". I made a prior appointment, for my mother, waited 45 minutes after check in to get in a room & another 30-40 for a nurse to check vitals. The only 5 Star service at this location is NPC Valarie Webb. Across the board she is the best in the business with her compassion, experience, and care for her patients.
Staff is very nice but if you have online that you are open at 11am you need to be open.
