The food is okay, but nothing to brag about. It is a rare occasion that the cooks do not misread the order and mess something up. Service can be lax here because one or two servers are only working to serve during rush hour. Other than that the staff is pretty friendly, so that's a plus.
I love this place. If you go a few times the waitstaff are great at remembering your preferences (we like to sit in specific booths, have an extra bowl of salsa for our little girl, etc). The food is always excellent! The chips are always warm/hot & fresh.

**Edit** We eat here often because "sit-down" restaurants are not available in Eastman, especially at night. As I said before, it is rare when the order isn't wrong, but we tolerate this for a night to go out with friends/family in our hometown. I attempted to place an order by phone but the number was not working (the same number they have printed on their menus-I checked). I ordered something pretty basic, soup and enchiladas with no rice, extra beans. My order sat on the counter for probably ten minutes before they could get it together enough to put a bag of chips and salsa inside. Once home, we opened up the enchilada's and beans. The enchilada's were swimming in the beans, and it was only a spoonful if that. Just poor service and crappy food. I still stand behind my previous statement that the servers are friendly. That only goes so far though. Don't waste your time or money.
Decent restaurant but I can't see going there as long as El Rancho is open. Doesn't even come close imo.
